Musical food / Eating music

November 25, 2006: we did a very special performance as 'the Doo Doo Doo Tsi Tsi Ta’s' in Saint Etienne.

'We': Dimitry (aka Souljah'Zz), Xavier, Flavien, Francis, and me (of the Hiddentracks).

We prepared and cooked an omelette, live.

We looped some of the sounds we made with a Boomerang phrase sampler. Chopping onions: "chop-chop-chop-chop" --> hi hat. Breaking eggs: "crack", "crack" --> snare. Frying potatoes: "woossshhh", etc. Then we started playing music on these loops.

We improvised 'hip pop' songs out of it.

Of course, at the end of the show, each member of the audience got a little piece of the omelette.
